見て、聞いて、声に出して読み、書いてみる——この流れで自然と文章に慣れていけるセクションです。ここでは、くり返し出てくる二か国語の文を聞きながら読み進め、週に1つの動詞を学びます。5つの短い文を、1つの代名詞ずつ使って練習することで、無理なく語彙や表現が身につきます。付属のシンプルなワークシートに文を書いてみると、単語や動詞の使い方がより記憶に残りやすくなります。PDFはパソコンやスマートフォンに保存でき、30の動詞と代名詞ページへのリンクも付いています。この教材は、アンジェリンがメンサの知能テストからヒントを得て作りました。メンサの視覚テストはパターン認識を大切にしており、彼女自身も視覚学習タイプであることから、現在形・過去形・未来形の文をくり返し見比べられるよう工夫しています。また、実際の会話で使いやすいように、過去形は1種類、未来形は近い未来の表現にしぼって、学びやすくまとめています。
アンジェリンは、高い知能指数で知られる国際団体メンサの会員で、標準IQテストでは上位1％にあたる99.2％という成績を収めています。彼女は、このプログラムが子どもたちの問題解決力の土台づくりに役立つと考えています。「パターンを見つける力は、次に来る答えを予測したり、順番を計算したりすることにつながり、問題を解くうえでとても大切です」と話しています。アンジェリンは航空宇宙工学を専攻し、現在は自由時間を利用してコンピュータープログラミングも学んでいます。

This section was created by Angeline, inspired by Mensa intelligence tests. Mensa visual tests are based heavily on pattern recognition. As a visual learner herself, she decided to create a program where the student can see repeated sentences in the future, past and present tense. Repeated sentences with translation help kids and students recognize verb conjugation rules more clearly. She also streamlined this section such that students are only learning one form of the past tense and only one form of the future tense, the near future. This is more practical for kids in daily conversations.
Angeline is part of Mensa high IQ society, scoring 99.2%, or in the top 1% on standardized IQ tests. She believes her program helps kids develop foundational skills in problem solving. “Recognizing a pattern allows one to predict or calculate the next value of a sequence, a fundamental step in problem-solving.” Angeline holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and is currently studying computer programming in her leisure time.
